These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the nk026 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nk026. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bets.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use nk026. Providing false age or identity information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
All transactions are processed in IDR via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets. Minimum deposit Rp 50.000; minimum withdrawal Rp 100.000. Withdrawals require a fully verified KYC account.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements, expiry periods, and game contribution rates. The welcome bonus requires 10× wagering within 30 days. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and arbitrage betting will void all bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nk026 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Report unauthorized access immediately to our support team.
nk026 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, or unauthorized account access caused by player negligence. The platform's total liability is capped at 30 days of net deposits.
nk026 mandates compliance with our Responsible Gaming policy. Players may request deposit limits, session controls, or self-exclusion at any time. The platform cooperates fully with documented requests for player protection measures.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after any posted update to these Terms & Conditions, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document, including any future amendments made in accordance with Clause 17.
These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of your account registration. Players who registered prior to the most recent update date stated at the top of this page are deemed to have accepted the updated terms by continued use of the Platform.
To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use:
Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your Account remains accurate at all times. Notifications of material changes (such as a change of contact number or address) must be submitted to our support team within 14 days of the change occurring.
nk026 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons and without liability to the applicant.
Before processing any withdrawal request, nk026 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The standard documents required are:
nk026 targets a KYC review period of 1–3 business days from the date of complete document submission. Players who fail to provide requested documentation within 30 days of being notified may have their Account suspended until verification is complete.
nk026 complies with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any transaction or account activity that raises AML concerns will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Players under AML investigation may have their Accounts frozen for the duration of the review without prior notice.
All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although nk026 reserves the right to impose individual or method-specific limits for AML compliance purposes.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes for e-wallet transfers and within 15 minutes for bank transfers during standard Indonesian banking hours. Processing times may extend during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
nk026 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which nk026 accepts no responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposits and registered in the Player's verified name. nk026 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

nk026 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC status, where the withdrawal amount or pattern gives rise to AML concerns.
Withdrawal fees are not charged by nk026 as a standard practice. The Platform reserves the right to introduce fees with 14 days' advance notice via registered email.

All bets placed on nk026 are subject to the specific game or sport rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is accepted. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the specific rules will prevail.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own request, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC if not already on file.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nk026 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final at nk026's reasonable discretion.
All content on the nk026 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game content, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of nk026 or its licensed providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from nk026.
nk026's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nk026 is internationally registered and licensed to operate.
In the event of a dispute between you and nk026, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players must submit a formal complaint in writing via email to our support address within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
nk026 targets an initial response to formal complaints within 5 business days and a final resolution within 30 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. nk026 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
nk026 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory directive, or emergency security considerations.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and request withdrawal of your real-money Balance.
